Our Church in Society ministry is responsible for First Christian Church's outreach ministries through local, area, regional, national, and worldwide benevolence.
Local Ministries: Meals for the Elderly, Plaza Del Sol 1 & 2 (housing for low income senior adults), United Campus Ministries at Angelo State University, Crop Walk, Project Dignidad, Wesley Soup Kitchen, Christmas Baskets (providing food, clothes, and gifts for families), God's Storehouse (in-house food pantry), Local Relief Funds (assistance in rent, utilities, transportation, and medications).
 
Area Ministries: Central Area of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Lake Brownwood Christian Retreat
 
Regional Ministries: Southwest Good Samaritan Ministries, Annual Bean Drive
 
National and World Ministries: The Ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Pentecost Offering, Week of Compassion Offering, Reconciliation Mission Offering, Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving Offerings
